The International Laboratory for Educational Policy Research was founded as part of the HSE Institute for Educational Studies (IES) in March 2011.
The Laboratory aims to carry out research in education through the use of modern methods. The laboratory works in cooperation with leading international researchers on projects related to:
- Evaluation of education quality;
- Economics of education and educational policy.
HSE undergraduate and postgraduate students participate in the work of the laboratory.

Junior researcher of the Laboratory Tatyana Khavenson visited Oxford Spring School on 16-19 April, 2012
In the middle of April, 2012 there was conducted another Oxford Spring School. Such schools are conducted annualy. And this year it was the 10th school. Topis of the schools are almost always new, this year a course was devoted to the Multilevel Analysis.

How to Fill the Gap in Access to Qualitative Education" were conducted with the participation of foreign specialits.
